The name itself reaches back to Ancient Greece, where ἤλεκτρον described the fossilized resin that sparked both wonder and electricity, and that same charged energy pulses through the fragrance's opening: bright cardamom, black pepper, and blackcurrant crackling against a resinous elemi heart.
