We are a Connecticut based company and are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped in CT. We will also collect taxes if we are required to for your specific state.
No, your order confirmation is different from a shipping confirmation. The order confirmation is sent immediately after you place your order, while the shipping confirmation is sent later when your order has been shipped. The shipping confirmation includes tracking information so you can monitor the delivery status.

If you decide to change or cancel your order, you can do so before it has been shipped. We strive to ship orders within 24-48 hours, and sometimes even sooner. However, please be aware that not all orders can be canceled once they have been submitted, especially during busy times like promotions or holidays, where it may take an additional 24-48 hours to process and ship your order. Rest assured, we will do our best to accommodate cancel requests, but in some cases, it may not be possible.
Please note that certain orders may be too far along in the shipping process to be canceled, even if the status isn't shown as "Shipped" Despite this, we will still make every effort to honor cancel requests.

Sample Questions
Our samples can either come in a 1mL, 1.5mL Carded Sample, 1.7mL Manufacturer Sample, 2mL, 3mL, 5mL Travel Size, or 10mL Manufacturer Travel Size
All of our 1mL samples are in a 2mL vials which is why they are filled halfway. Don't worry you still get 15 sprays as advertised!
We are currently switching over to a new travel size design. You may receive the original design. However if you look at the product page and the new design picture is shown you will receive the new design.

Where do you ship?
We ship to the 48 domestic states.
We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii
We do not ship to APO/FPO
We are working on international shipping and will announce on our social medias when we release it!
