Order Cancellations
You can cancel or modify your order before it ships. To request a cancellation or make changes, please contact customer support.
Once a tracking number is generated, cancellation or modification requests will be treated as return requests and processed under our return policy. We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests; however, we cannot guarantee they will be processed.
Address Changes
We currently do not support address changes for orders. If you need to update your address, your request will be treated as a cancellation and handled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided, we are unable to redirect, retrieve, or cancel the order once it has been processed. We strongly recommend verifying your shipping details before finalizing your purchase to avoid potential delivery issues. Cologne Curators is not liable for any delivery issues or lost packages due to an incorrect shipping address.
Return Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns will not be accepted after this period. The item must be shipped back to us within 30 days of delivery. All returns are subject to a $10 return shipping fee. Please note the following exclusions and conditions:

First-Time Buyers: If you’re a first-time buyer and not fully satisfied with our products, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery with no restocking fees. Although the $10 return shipping fee applies. This policy is designed to help first-time customers gain confidence in our products and is not intended for blind buying and returning fragrances.

Sealed/Unused Products: A flat $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund if the product is returned to us in its original, sealed, and unused condition.

Used Products:

If the seal is broken, the item is considered used.

If the perfume has been sprayed, it is considered used.

Testers returned to us are always classified as used items.
We charge a minimum 10% restocking fee for used items and an additional $10 return shipping fee. However, if you prefer a store gift card, we will reduce the restocking fee to 5% and an additional $10 return shipping fee.
Restocking fees may increase proportionally if the returned product is found to have been used for more than a few sprays. There are no exemptions to restocking fees.

Excluded Items: Returns are only applicable to full-bottle fragrances. Returns on samples, body wash, lotion, and candles will not be accepted. All sales on these products will be considered final.

Rejected Returns: We may reject your return if the returned product differs from the product shipped to you.

Return Shipping: We assume no responsibility if your return package gets lost during transit.
Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping charges and shipping insurance charges are non-refundable.

Refund Processing: All refunds are issued to the original form of payment and typically take 3-5 business days to process, depending on your bank's processing times.

Shipping Delays: Minor shipping delays may occur due to various factors and do not qualify for a refund. However, if your order has been delayed for more than 15 days beyond the estimated delivery date, please contact Customer Support.
Damaged Items:
If an item arrives damaged, we accept full responsibility to rectify the damage. We might request that you return the product, depending on its condition.

If you receive a product damaged during transit, please contact Customer Support.

Submit Visual Evidence: Please provide pictures of the box you received, the shipping label, the packing materials inside the box, and multiple clear pictures from different angles of the damage to the product. These photos are REQUIRED to have a successful insurance claim.

We cannot process damage claims without receiving the requested photos.
- We use AI-detection software to verify the authenticity of all damage claims. Fraudulent claims will be reported, and the account will be blacklisted.
Failed Delivery:
A “Failed delivery” occurs when the provided address is incorrect, and the package is returned to us. In such cases:

We will reship or refund, based on your preference, once the package is returned to us. A flat $10 shipping fee will be charged, either deducted from your refund or added to a new invoice. Our Free Shipping Policy applies only once per order to a forward transit of a package

Shipping insurance becomes void if the shipping address provided is incorrect.
If the package is returned to us due to a carrier error, we will send it back to the sender upon receipt, at no additional charge.
