Return & Refund Policy

We want to assure you that we stand behind everything we sell.

For Samples:

We absolutely guarantee the samples you purchase from us is authentic fragrance decanted from a manufacturer bottle by hand. Due to the subjective nature of fragrance, individual samples/vials, curated sets, and discovery sets are considered final sale and are non-refundable. We can only accept refunds and returns for samples that have not been opened or used. 

For Full Size Bottles:

Our return policy requires all items to be inspected and returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery. Regrettably, we cannot consider any return requests made after this 14-day period.

Within the 14-day window, we offer a full refund or exchange for products that are in their original condition, unopened, and unused, with the cellophane intact,. If the returned product does not meet these conditions, our quality control team will assess it. If approved, the value of the return will be provided as store credit only. The returned goods must be unopened, unused, and in a sellable condition. All parts of the product, including packaging, caps, brand boxes, pamphlets, etc., must be returned for a refund to be issued. For products that are returned and are  opened/used a 10% restocking fee will be applied. In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange, or replacement for goods within 14 days of your receipt of the product.

For All Orders:

Please be aware that shipping fees paid to deliver the order are non-refundable. The return processes mentioned above are applicable to the Continental USA. There is a flat return fee of $10.00 for shipping the product back, unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

To initiate your return, email us your order number and the reason for your refund/return at support@colognecurators.com.

Upon receiving the returned goods, we will promptly inspect them, and your refund will be processed accordingly.

Please allow 3-5 business days for a refund transaction to post to your account. Once the refund is issued, you will receive a separate email notification.
