Bvlgari Sahare EDP
Description
Sahare is a desert rose at first light: Taif rose and black pepper warmed by ambergris and myrrh. Part of Bvlgari's Le Gemme, the house's high-perfumery collection in which each scent is tied to a gemstone, it is inspired by the Sahara and by imperial pink jasper, and Bvlgari says the name means "dawn" in Arabic. It was composed by Yann Vasnier and released in 2024. Lemon and bergamot give a bright opening, the heart is Taif rose, a rose grown high in the mountains near Taif in Saudi Arabia, sharpened with black pepper, and the base is a warm ambergris accord with a resinous touch of myrrh. It reads as an amber floral, radiant rather than heavy.
